Our main purpose with this site was to create an online store with great prices, for the most common spa parts & gas pool and spa heater spare parts. We keep most of the parts listed in stock in our factory or service vehicles.
As this is a new website, we don't have nearly everything listed that we have in stock, or are able to get listed, so if you have a part or any kind of inquiry, please don't hesitate to contact us by email.
Unfortunately we can't always help over the phone with spare parts, so email with pictures and measurements is definitely the best & quickest way to order.
All electrical parts should be installed by a Qualified and/or licenced person. This is not a "swap-and-see-if-that-fixes-it" service. If in doubt, please organize a Service Call to assess exactly what needs to be repaired. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns if parts show *any* signs of installation.
Damage due to Improper Installation, Bromine, Pool Chlorine, or other chemical damage voids Manufacturer's warranty. All work should only be done by a fully-qualified, experienced & licensed person. There are many "specialist" tools for many components that should be used.
Unfortunately our warehouse is not open to the public. All parts are shipped in 1-3 business days, when in stock. Out of Stock Parts may be 2-10 business days. Some items may take up to 10 business days or more to be shipped to you. As we are predominantly an on-site service business, some parts may come and go in & out of stock. Some manufacturers may take longer. We have no control over this. If we expect an item to take more than 10 business days, we will contact you.

Electrical & Gas Parts are not for Do-It-Yourselfers. Working with Electrical & Gas appliances requires suitable qualifications and licenses.
Returns & Refunds:
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If there is any sign of installation, modification, or otherwise different from the manufacturer, the item cannot be returned.
Due to sensitive gas and electrical parts, these items cannot be returned. This is not a "swap-and-see-if-it-works" service and should only be installed by a qualified person. Gas & Electrical parts are not Not DIY!
We *strongly* advise only licensed or otherwise legally authorised persons diagnose and attempt repair to any parts or equipment.
Failed parts can cause damage to other (seemingly unrelated) parts.
Inexperienced and/or unqualified persons can also install or diagnose improperly, causing failures of (sometimes seeming unrelated) parts.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery cannot be returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We reserve the right to decline to enter into a Purchase Contract with You and may cancel Your Order at any time prior to dispatch of the Product(s).
Where our automated system detects a possible fraudulent transaction, your order may be cancelled and any money paid refunded. In certain circumstances, we may need to reject your order prior to despatch. This may happen where the requested Product is not available or if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Site.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 1051 Moorooduc Hwy Moorooduc AU 3933.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
